Teri Gallignano is Sturdy Savings Bank's Employee of the Quarter. Teri, a Customer Service Representative in the Bank's Cape May Office, has been with Sturdy for four years.

Teri's coworkers said she is a dedicated and conscientious employee who focuses on helping others. Teri has developed strong, trusting relationships with customers and goes out of her way to assist co-workers, they said.
